Starke County's Harmony House/CASA was out to raise awareness for the CASA program at the Winamac Parade in Winamac, IN on July 1, 2014. CEO Karen Biernacki came out to show support for the organization as well as Pulaski County Program director Sara Kroft (pictured to the side), employees and volunteers.
