The CASA Program of La Porte County has been honored to work with Jo Ann Engquist since she became a CASA Volunteer in 2001. Jo Ann served on the Board of Directors for the La Porte CASA Program from 2002 - 2004. She has been a positive voice, role model and friend to many children through her volunteer efforts with CASA and throughout the community.
